Joe - the outsider
Yesterday I managed to recycle one of my arworks. Originally it was going to be a design of a front cover of a cd but it didn't work out. I hate waste and I really liked the idea, so I decided to remove some elements connected to the band and use it for my own purpose. I glued a bunch of cowboys on and added a bit of a story to it and I have to say it makes me smile :)

Plans for today
I am trying to change materials I am using for my artwork lately. I think I needed a change and canvasses cannot always be satisfying background. Today I bough pine shelf board. I am going to cut it squares and then use them as a background. I fell in love with wood ages ago when I was studying sculpture. It's a beautiful material and you don't really need a lot to make it look good. So hopefully I will get to do some of it this weekend.

Sunday in Woolacombe
It's so nice to get out sometimes and look at the different landscape sometimes. The weather was great today, very sunny and not too cold, so instead sitting in dark studio in front of computer I decided to jump in my little green car and go to Woolcombe. After an hour and the half drive I was standing in front of the sea and I realised how I missed it..
